What we collect

With your permission, PorchPilot receives events from your Ring devices: deliveries, motion, doorbell presses and snapshots. We also store your account email and your settings.

What we never do

We do not use face recognition, and we never try to identify the people at your door. Repeat visitor flags describe only patterns, like clothing or a vehicle, and are never linked to a real identity.

How we use it

Only to track packages, send alerts, learn delivery patterns and write your daily summary. We never sell your data.

Retention and deletion

Activity is kept for 30 days. You can disconnect Ring and delete your account at any time from Support.
